Payments are processed securely via Stripe and will appear on your credit card statement as PICTURE STUDIOS.
Terms and Conditions
Booking and payment
Reservations are confirmed at the time of booking and billed at the rates shown in the calendar. Daytime suite bookings run from 8 AM to 4 PM; evening bookings run from 4 PM to 8 PM. The space is available Monday – Saturday, 8 AM – 8 PM. Payment is due in advance unless otherwise approved by our office.
Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking for a full refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours are billed at 50% of the reserved rate; no-shows are billed in full.
Use of the suite
The suite is located in an office building. Please leave rooms as you found them, observe posted building policies, and note that catering and guests are the responsibility of the booking party. This Agreement is governed by North Carolina law.
